When would my items be delivered to me?
Once your order is placed, do give us a day to process your order. Delivery by our courier partner would generally take about 3 to 5 working days. During peak seasons, delivery can take up to 7 working days.
Our courier partner may attempt to make the deliveries during the weekend. However, if you are unavailable at the given address on the weekend, they will re-attempt to deliver on the following business day.
How can I change my delivery address / phone number / recipient for an existing order?
If you have just made your order in the last 24hrs, and that you wish to change any of the following fields:

How can I make changes to my delivery address if it is 48hrs after submitting my order?
You may inform us by email at email@example.com, and also our courier partner, iCommerce’s Customer Service, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Dropping an email to both parties helps to ensure that your request is well taken care of and not missed out.
Please note that if there is a change of address, you may not be able to receive your package on the scheduled date as it would require our courier partner to manually update the shipping address and schedule in a new delivery date.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my package?
In the event that you are unavailable to receive your package, our courier partner will re-deliver it to you on the next business day.
Would there be charges incurred if I missed the delivery?
No, we will waive off the first re-attempt delivery charge. A S$5 admin fee will be charged for subsequent re-attempts in delivery.
Is Home-Fix able to deliver the package to my office?
We will deliver your order to the address you provide during checkout, regardless of whether it is your house or office address.
Will there be overseas shipment for my orders?
No, we only provide local delivery.
