“Prime Online Rewards” is a loyalty program managed by Home-Fix D.I.Y. Pte Ltd (Homefix), where your online purchases on Homefix Online (https://home-fix.com) are rewarded with store credits, which can be spent on the same website.
Before you can earn and spend your store credit rewards, you need to register a store account at homefix online. Registration takes place on the website (https://home-fix.com/account/register).
3.1 You need to be logged in at Homefix Online to make sure that earn store credit rewards on all your purchases.
3.2.1 You will earn a store credit reward of 5% on every completed order at Homefix Online. Active members of the Prime+ program (a paid membership program) will earn an additional 2%.
3.2.2 Your rewards will be credited to your store account within 48 hours after your online order is fulfilled completely, that is: delivered or picked up.
3.3 We reserve the right to vary the earning rate or impose a cap on the reward amount without notice at any time or from time to time.
3.4 Store credit rewards are awarded only for retail purchases made at Homefix Online (https://home-fix.com). The following will not be taken into account in the award and computation of store credit rewards:
3.5 All rewards earned will expire within two months after the reward has been added to your store account. Rewards earned by Prime+ members will expire four months after they have been added to your store account.
3.6.1 Any credits in your store account will be automatically deducted from your next order placed at Homefix Online. The store will generate a unique discount code and put this discount code in your shopping cart upon check out, as long as you are logged in to your store account.
3.6.2 You can remove such discount code manually, which enables you to use your store credit at a later time, within the validity period of your rewards.
3.7 Any store credits related to refunded online purchases will be deducted from your store credit amount.
3.8 We may retract, deduct and/or re-compute any store credits awarded if any irregularities related to your online purchase have occurred.
3.9 Any store credit transactions will be reflected at your accounts detail page, which you can access online at https://home-fix.com/account.
3.10 We reserve the right to replace the store credit rewards with another item or kind of reward as we may determine without notice at any time or from time to time.
3.11 We reserve the right at any time without giving any reason or notice to you to deduct, withdraw or cancel any store credits awarded to you without liability. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
3.12 We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend the store credit account at any time.
3.13 The crediting of rewards to your store account will be entirely at our discretion, and we shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any member in connection with the store credit account.
3.14 Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the store credit account shall be final and binding on all members.
3.15 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Prime Online Rewards, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
We may vary, add, delete, amend or modify any one or more provisions in these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice. You are deemed to accept and are bound by such variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications if you do not terminate the use of the Card.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
