Our delivery partner J&T Express also takes extra care during the COVID-19 circuit breaker and implemented Contactless Delivery.
The drivers will contact you to retrieve the OTP code you received from us while approaching your home. They will knock on the door and place the parcel at your doorstep. After this, they will step away from the door to a safe distance and take a photo of the package. Delivery is now completed, there is no need for any contact or signature.
