No, you do not have to place a security deposit. However, if the equipment is not returned or damaged, we reserve the right to charge your credit card as agreed in the Terms & Conditions when you rent our equipment.

Yes! Our helpful and professional staff will teach you how to use them in a correct and safe manner before you leave The Experience Centre.

Our staff will ensure the equipment works properly before you leave the store. If you experience issues with the equipment while completing your project, simply bring it back to the equipment rental centre to get a replacement. We will then investigate the equipment fault. Do not attempt to modify or repair the equipment.

No, we do not provide these items. However, you may purchase them at any Home-Fix Stores or at the Experience Centre.

The rental fee is based on a full day. A day is considered to be 24 hours long. Therefore, if you rent a tool today at 2:00 PM and it is on a one day rental, you will be expected to return it the next day by 2:00 PM.

Simply bring it back to The Experience Centre. Do return the items cleaned and in good working order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
