Homefix Prime: Members' Discounts

Buying in retail stores
You are immediately entitled to purchase with membership discounts in all of our retail outlets.

Buying online
You will receive an email on how to activate your account online.

STEP 1: Create a password for your Prime account and log in to our store. Thereafter, you will be able to view the products reflecting member discounted prices.

STEP 2: To check your Prime Points balance, log in and click ‘My Account’ and look under ‘My Account’ details.

STEP 3: Missed the account invitation? Go here and choose “Forgot your password?”. Resetting your password will reactivate your members account online.

Earn:
Every dollar you spend at Homefix including tool rentals and other services entitles you with prime points.

Burn:
You can offset your purchase with prime points to enjoy lower prices. The points deducted are the difference between regular and member price.

Homefix Prime member savings includes the price difference on any product, service, promotion & gift that a member enjoys over a non-member’s regular retail price.

Example 1: Customer A was a past Homefix Prime member.
Prime points entitled: 500 points
Product: Evapolar EV-3000 Personal Air Cooler

Regular Price: $449
Member Price: $427
Points Earned: Amount Paid (427 points)
Points Burned: Difference between member price and regular price (22 points)
Remaining Prime Points: (500 + 427) – 22 = 905 points

Example 2: Customer B wasn’t a Homefix member.
Prime points entitled: 100 points
Product: Evapolar EV-3000 Personal Air Cooler

Regular Price: $449
Member Price: $427
Points Earned: Amount Paid (427 points)
Points Burned: Difference between member price and regular price (22 points)
Remaining Prime Points: (100 + 427) – 22 = 505 points

No. It is not applicable for all items and there is no additional 5% discount for sales items. However, members get to earn Prime points for every purchase they make.

Members' price should reflect accordingly upon log in.

To check your Prime Points balance, log in here and click ‘My Account’ and look under ‘My Account’ details.

For online purchases, points will only be reflected an hour after you receive the email stating that your order has been received.

Your points will reinstated to the amount of points you have before the purchase. If you face any issues, please contact us at customercare@home-fix.com

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be carried over to the next membership term.

The S$30.00 Homefix Prime membership administration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Homefix will not be held liable for any shared login credentials of your membership account. Customers who are both Homefix Prime and NTUC PLUS! members can enjoy monthly exclusive discounts and get to earn both Homefix Prime points as well as NTUC PLUS! points.


Retail Outlets
Every dollar spent at Homefix retail outlets = 5 x NTUC Link points (now till 10 October 2018)
NTUC PLUS! members will receive 500 Link points when they sign up for Homefix Prime membership in Homefix retail outlets. (now till 10 October 2018)
Customers will not be entitled to the 5 x Link Points for the purchase of Homefix Prime Membership (SGD 30). Only 500 Link Points will be issued.
Online
Every $2 spent at Homefix online = 1 x NTUC Link point

Customers will not be entitled to the Link Points for the purchase of Homefix Prime Membership (SGD 30) online.
